Travis Crumpton: This fitness class combined with the Visalus 90 Day fitness challenge has helped me become a better person and taught me how to respect my body the way I should be. My workout style was power lifting and ego lifting, plus I was eating like a mad man and did not know that I was killing myself at the same time.
From the first night I met Master Stephanie Matos, it was no cutting corners, stop with the excuses, and in my face man up. I had no cardio when I started this program, now after a few months I am running 3 miles in 26:56 and I feel so much healthier than I did a year ago.
My Start weight was 325 lbs and I am now down to 256 lbs with a 38″ waist. I love this fitness program and the hard work I am putting in to EARN MY BODY is paying off huge.

Erin Russell: About 5.5 years ago I walked into Pak’s Martial Arts Academy by chance with my two teenage kids for what was supposed to be a free trial period. 5.5 years later I have earned a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and have also earned my body back.
Master Stephanie Matos has helped bring a new energy back into my life. All classes are FUN and EXCITING while presenting a new challenge to overcome and push yourself beyond your limits. Attending both Tang Soo Do classes and the Visalus 90 day challenge fitness class have given me the courage to set out and test myself physically. As a team we regularly compete in obstacle course races and mud runs.
I also enjoy training in the Martial Arts with my two kids and love the experience we are sharing together.
